Why is my Sample offline?

Question: Why is my Sample offline?

A sample in the set doesn't play. The browser says "sample offline" and doesn't show a wave form. However, when I stop Live, I can play the same sample as located in the file browser with Windows Media Player - it is clearly there. Any ideas?

Because it's broken. Now we need to fix it.

I'm having a lot of trouble syncing an old session together. My recording session is weeks and weeks of work using the OB-8.

You changed a file name or location.

Time to point Ableton there. Seems to be pretty exact locations - I've tried to quickly do it to no avail. Which sucks because after 10 years of software consulting, you'd think I can figure it out fast enough?
